Community Solar requires a minimum of 25 usable acres.
Utility Scale projects require a minimum of 100 usable acres.
Local Zoning and Permitting Laws will vary.
WHAT TYPE OF LAND IS NEEDED?
Mostly open, flat parcels with public access.
We will study the variable zoning, environmental & neighboring impacts of your parcel.
IS POWER NEEDED
ON-SITE?
A 3 phase power (3 primary lines on top of poles) at road, nearby, or a transmission line through the property.
We will investigate these variables for you.

CONSTRUCTION
The project construction period commences typically lasting about 6 months to complete the build.
